1. Samples/Drawings& Requirements from you. The sheet will be copied to our design department, tooling department to do the structure & feasibility Analysis. 2. Before start mould design, the tooling schedule and processing sheet was done. 3. Mould design:at the same time we will Communicate & Exchange the opinions with customer. 4. Material Purchase:Steel cutting and Mould base tooling. 5. Assembling. 6. Inspection of mould:Our Processing mangers are following and controlling the tooling processing. 7. Mould testing: We will supply you the mould testing photo/Video and the sample's inspection report with the sample to customer. 8. Your instruction & confirmation for shipment. 9. Ready made mould before packing.
